The MSE Floorequalcoat-trans is an unique high quality two-components self equalizing epoxy coating with a very high mechanical and chemical durability. Unique, durable and high quality product with many application possibilities in the intensive livestock farming. Is often used in feeding troughs cattle farming, remediation (meat) poultry houses, garages / workshops or as a bottom layer in combination with other coating layers.
Characteristics MSE Floorequalcoat-trans:
- Consumption: 2 to 5 kg/m², strongly dependent on the condition of the substrate
- Drying time: 24 hours, depending on the temperature of the environment
- Mixture ratio: will be delivered in sets, mix A and B-comp
- Working temperature: Between 15°C and 25°C
- Working time after mixing: 25 minutes
- Application material: scoop/squeegee, roller, spiked roller, large mixer
- Substrate: absorbent pull/press resistant floor, concrete, cement deck
The complete coating exists out of an A and B component and both need to be ordered.
