Ultrasonic cleaning bath for the active cleaning of various instruments such as syringes and cuticle clippers. Sterilisation is not longer necessary. To strengthen the cleaning there should be added a special detergent to the hot water.
The ultrasonic cleaning system contains two main components: a tank/bath part and a generator part. The ultrasonic vibrations cause cavitation in the fluid, the arise of millions microscopic vaccum bubbles. These bubbles are then compressed by the increasing frequency (at 30 KhZ is a bubble bigger than at 40 KhZ). Finally the bubble will implode due to the compression and cause a powerful post-vacuum effect. This causes pressure, bigger dan 300 kg per square centimeter and a temperature of approximately 1000°C. This process is also called "electronic scrubbing" and cleans every surface in the fluid of the bath. It cleans also invisible holes, corners and cracks, which were hard, but not impossible, to clean with other methods.
