What do I need to know before applying the coating?

Before applying the coating, check the following points: • The concrete surface must be completely dry and hardened. • The outside temperature must not be lower than 15 degrees • The optimal temperature is between 15 and 25 degrees • You can walk on the floor again after 24 hours. • After 48 hours you can place food on the surface. • After 7 days you can treat the surface with chemicals (food acids, cleaning products).

On which surfaces can the coating be applied?

In most cases, the coating can be applied to cement or concrete surfaces. For example, in machinery rooms, milking rooms, general areas etc

Is a forage harvester compatible with resin?

Absolutely, the forage harvester will not slip or deviate from its trajectory with this coating.

How to Apply MS Floorequalcoat-trans

Achieve a durable, hygienic, and easy-to-clean surface with MS Floorequalcoat-trans, the innovative floor coating designed for livestock farming and industrial environments.

Step 1

Surface Preparation

Thoroughly clean the surface to be treated with a product based on phosphoric acid to remove dirt and grease. If necessary, sand the floor to eliminate irregularities and ensure optimal adhesion. Remove all dust with a broom or vacuum cleaner and make sure the surface is dryRecommended product

Marking and protection

Apply masking tape along the edges of the area to be treated to prevent the product from reaching undesired surfaces. Ensure the area is properly marked before proceeding.Duct tape

Product Mixing

Thoroughly mix components A and B of MS Floorequalcoat-trans in a bucket or tray using a low-speed paint mixer. Continue mixing until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.Mortar Tub

Pour the mixture onto the floor and spread it using a trowel or spatula. Use a paint roller to achieve a smooth and even surface. During the first few hours, roll over the coating several times to eliminate air bubbles.
