How to apply MS Broiler coating Profi?
Follow these steps to best apply MS Broiler coating Profi on your poultry farm.:format(webp))
Surface preparation
Clean the surface thoroughly, removing any food debris and grease. Spray the joints and seams to improve adhesion. Ensure the substrate shines for optimal results. Make the floor dust-free. Fill large holes and gaps with MS Gel Repair floor repair compound.:format(webp))
Stable temperature
The floor temperature should be at least +15°C, which can be measured using an infrared thermometer. The warmer (and drier) the floor, the better the coating will cure. Preheat the stable 1 to 2 days in advance. Avoid doing this on the day of application to prevent condensation.:format(webp))
Protection
Mark off the mixing area with protective or construction film. Wear nitrile gloves, safety goggles, and possibly a gas mask when mixing the products. Ensure your clothing is suitable to prevent burns. Wear safety boots when walking over the coating during application.:format(webp))
Mixing
Open Componen A and B. Mix coating A & B together in a container until smooth. Add the filler and mix again until smooth.:format(webp))
Application
Start by applying the coating on the wall, at least 30 cm high. Use an epoxy paint roller to spread it. Then pour the mixture over the surface to be coated and spread evenly with a floor roller. Re-roll the coating with a paint roller on a handle to prevent air bubbles. Use hobnailed shoes for this.:format(webp))
Drying
Allow the coating to dry for at least 24 hours for best results. It will be easier and faster to clean up the inside of the farm now!:format(webp))
